    *This battery reconditioning program exceeded my presumptions. It worked on any drill battery, several AA and AAA batteries, **batery.repair** and any camera battery. The steps are simple and the act itself is exciting to do. No matter what type of battery you`ve got, it is sure to function again!*

    I went to advanced Auto this am. They could not change my battery for this model for it was a liability. They recommended professional that charged too much to install. This was simple. Thanks for the confidence.

    Making use of the kzread.infoUgkxcJ22tnHH9l1vjdIdEIG27iOG55P7LXI8 reconditioning plan, I just saved 2 auto batteries from being completely junked. The guides were very simple to follow. I wish I would have found this years ago! You may use the guide to recondition any battery type

    Always disconnect the negative (ground) terminal first and reconnect the ground last. If you're wrenching on the positive terminal with the ground still connected, you'll receive an unpleasant surprise if the wrench comes in contact with any other metal in the engine compartment.

    Good advice EXCEPT DISCONNECTING & RECONNECTING THE BATTERYALWAYS DISCONNECT THE NEGATIVE FIRST! RECONNECT THE NEGATIVE LAST!ALWAYS...ALWAYS... ALWAYS DO IT IT THAT ORDER (At least for negative ground systems)

    OMG - Thank You Ronster KC - ALWAYS..as in ALWAYS...The Negative cable to the battery is ALWAYS as in ALWAYS ---Disconnect first and reconnect last. Video should be redone. Basically a good video EXCEPT for that incorrect procedure. Speaking from 50+ years of replacing batteries in vehicles.

    Can you explain why

  • @michaelsandrarodriguez1932

    @michaelsandrarodriguez1932

    3 жыл бұрын

    @@pritchups If you have the wrench on the positive post and touch anything metal while the negative is still attached you will create a serious arc! It's the same as touching a piece of metal across the battery posts. Alternatively, if you take the negative off first you can touch to ground without any shorting. So, remove the negative cable first. Attach the positive cable first when reinstalling.

    Heather Faulk to be honest it was easy for me by just prying it out with a flat tip screwdriver. If you know 100% you are going to change the battery ( meaning you already bought a replacement ) then I guess you can go a bit midieval on it. Sorry for not been able to help , every connector will always have Murphy's law involved in it someway.

    How did you get a 800cranking amp battery to go into the equinox? What group size is that? All the ones I'm finding for my equinox have low amp ratings, H5 group.

    You always take off and put back the negative terminal first on negative ground cars. Otherwise you run the risk of shorting the positive to ground when taking the positive terminal off or putting it back on.

    J.R. Zippie more people than you would think. Most just rather have the dealer do it and don't realize what they're paying through the nose for labor. Granted, if it's a huge job that should be left to professional absolutely but a lot of work that people can do on their own cars is easy enough to do but nobody wants to do it.

    Not only that, but most mechanics make you feel like you can't do it or you'll do some damage they try to scare you. I had a mechanic tell me I shouldn't try to change my own wiper blades because I could shatter my windshield. Was he freaking serious?!?

    He did kind of explain the mistake connecting it at the end, overall the video helps in changing the battery. I guess he knows how to connect a battery as much as you know how to spell crap.. HE HE ( "This dude don't know shit = This dude don't know crap" ) unless you where talking about Japanese gonorrhea which then it would be good for him not to know it..... LOL!
