What about for a mega2560 utizing a 1602A LCD display measuring a lithium ion 5V battery charge level

May I ask why divide it by 12.8? and how to get rid of 1.56% even if it was not clipped in the battery it still display 1.56%. Please help me.

This can also be used while the battery is charging, but the most accurate method is to switch off the charging supply and check with this device.
