In Injustice universe, Batman implanted a virus in Cyborg when they met for the first time and Cyborg didn't knew it until Batman revealed it to him. Considering Cyborg's armour is an Apokoliptian Tech this is very impressive which means Batman can have a fighting chance against Iron man

In Stark's case, he designs and manufactures _his own_ tech, instead of having other people do it for him. That's a serious weakness in Batman's contingency planning, because all of Bats' contingency _tech_ is outsourced, which is a weak link in his OPSEC. And he'd need airtight OPSEC because if he's making contingency plans about Stark, Stark is doing the same about him, and using JARVIS, FRIDAY, or EDITH -level AI to do it.

I think Bruce and Tony would be good friends being avrage humans that use technology and billions of dollars to be hero’s and even keep up with their fellow superhero’s with powers in their respective teams

I'm just surprised he didn't go with any of Tony's many kryptonites such as alcohol, women, blondes, brunettes, redheads, his own ego, his total incompetence at managing a business, his tendancy to try to insert himself into politics, his uncanny ability to get into bed, both figuratively and literrally with some of the worst people imaginable, his unknowing overreliance on gadgets and others to help him, his sheer ability to alienate his allies with noone's help, that he literally has the single most vulnerable point of his anatomy completely uncovered and vulnerable to fire in the majority of his armors, the fact that he literally has shrapnel slowly ripping his insides apart, that he literally requires a battery or generator to remain alive or again, alcohol. Really when you think about Iron Man, it's amazing he's remained alive as long as he has in comics.

Depending on which Tony Stark we're dealing with he has several health issues that could be exploited mostly he has a damaged heart. In the MCU, there was shrapnel left next to his heart and in other versions his heart was damaged requiring a supped up pacemaker to keep it running. In the first season of Iron Man TAS, he had a spinal cord injury and in the comics, he was paralyzed for a period of time.

Bats thinks he can push Tony back to the bottle? He currently has lost everything, his company, his fortune, everything, and he’s still not gone back to drinking, and is in fact helping mutants. Bruce stands less than zero chance of pushing Tony to the bottle. As for women, he’s currently married to Emma Frost. Trying to counter suits? Publicly he currently has no suits, but privately is working on/has developed an indestructible suit made from a very exotic material that Captain Marvel can’t even bend, Spider-Mans Spider-Sense can’t detect, and is immune to magic from even the Sorcerer Supreme, Dr. Strange. Basically, Tony has no weaknesses for Bruce to exploit currently. If we go to when Tony’s morals were inverted, his suit was stored inside his body and was based on symbiotes, minus the weaknesses of symbiotes, and it obeyed only his commands.

I see you Took my Suggestion for an Iron Man Contingency Plan in your previous video and made it! 😊

Batman would have to make sure he takes down Tony first time though, otherwise Tony would get away and make a new suit that would make Batman's original plan ineffective. I’m not sure if Batman's plan would work. Tony likely keeps most of the details of his suits and their supposed weaknesses VERY secret. And the systems that allow him/his A.I. to control suits remotely is likely the systems that are the best protected. And like I said, if Batman isn’t capable of taking him down, next time Stark would have a suit to counter Batman's strategy and may even go after Batman himself, and he'd be sure to stay away from alcohol until he's taken Batman down. I also doubt trying to get a mole into Stark Industries would work, Stark probably beefed up security measures against that after Black Widow managed to get into the company.

Being that Iron Man and Batman have already encountered and fought each other (but then worked together) before in a few comics, a "Tony Stark contingency plan" could very well be somewhat canon. Of course, since both Tony and Bruce are at heart good people and have a lot in common, they would ultimately want to be allies rather than adversaries, even if they would have a few disagreements.

As I've said before, the Iron Man armor has a glaring weakness: its audio receptors. Tony's helmet has audio receptors (microphones) so that he can hear sounds outside the enclosed environment inside the armor. Batman needs only build a device that emits an ultrasonic tone/whistle. Tony's armor would pick up the sound. Batman need only hide a virus inside the tone, a virus that would shut down the armor. As Bruce said in his analysis in this video, Tony leaves open too many electronic access points to the armors with insufficient safeguards. He's too confident that he can debug any virus on the fly (as we saw him try - and fail to do - during World War Hulk when Hulk's ship entered Earth orbit. And not only could Batman's virus shut down the armor, it could also order it to disable the power supply and then completely disassemble.
