Shredder has a cousin named the Grater, his armor is made of Aluminum instead of whatever the Shredder has, and only has Cheese grater holes on it, the only way for him to damage his enemies is to run into them, and only works if they dont have any clothes on.

This is even more awesome after you watch Bruce actually fight Shredder in the TMNT crossover movie, Shredder almost killed Bruce, their fight amounted to a stalemate, and he needed the turtles help later on.

The Bat Family vs the Foot Clan would be one hell of a fight. A smaller squad of more specialized operatives vs an entire army

We have fought this fight before. Shredder defeated batman in round 1 . But the only reason batman won round 2 had nothing to do with planning but rather the intervention of the Turtles help breaking through the Shredders armor. If it were again one on one fair fight with NO magnetism nor outside help and no gadgets and in Central Park I have no doubt in my heart that the Shredder would still beat the batman once again.

Yeah, the main reason Batman lost the first fight was because plot demanded that he dramatically leap at Shredder, leaving himself wide open for that strike.

I don’t know about that. In the comic crossover, I believed it was stated that Batman, Splinter, and Shredder are all roughly equals. Any fight is too close to call and would come down to some unknown variable.

​@@saltyk9869In direct fight all are about as good. Against Splinter Batman will lose. Humanoid rat is unusual foe to face and Splinter's bite hits hard. Shredder makes finding and engaging him very difficult. Even to Batman.

I too think that Splinter can beat batman. Rats can chew through a steel pipe. But a humanoid mutated human rat can probably chew through titanium as well. Such as batmans armor.

@@ScottieMcDowell Steel and titanium alloys are ratproof materials as they are too hard to bite through. It might not help much as Splinter's bite might be strong enough to just crush Batman's armor and he is smart enough to bite on less armored spot.

Day 2 of advise for Sephiroth. A few notes should you make one for Sephiroth. Contingency plan code: One Winged Angel. Subject: Sephiroth. Strengths: Unparalleled physical strength, master swordsman, and powerful magical abilities including Supernova and Heartless Angel, the latter of which could grant him victory with almost complete assurance, and an array of defensive magics, including healing spells which can enable him to recover from any wound. To add to them, he is also capable of casting illusions on his adversaries. Most terrifying, however, is his manipulative prowess. Despite possessing a rather large ego, Sephiroth is nothing if not observant and smart. He is more than capable of putting his adversaries in tight spots, and perhaps turning them against each other. He also learns from his mistakes, and should things get serious, will not hesitate to go all out if he's fully assured that otherwise, he'll lose (his tactics in the Remake are a sign of it). Weaknesses: His ego. While he is manipulative, Sephiroth also holds a large god complex, believing himself to be the rightful ruler of the planet, he is almost completely convinced that nothing can stop him. That alone can provide a few crucial moments of attack. The need for utilizing them to their fullest cannot be overstated. A start, since I really don't know how Batman could ever win against Sephiroth, but, well, a start nonetheless.
