Can anyone help me with this, I have completed the story on this game and I have unlocked all of the character bios except for joker's which I can't access, is this due to a glitch or is there something specific that I need to do to unlock joker's profile.

I thought that Hatter was a professional criminal because it said that in Arkham City and Arkham Asylum
