Oracle still being alive was actually foreshadowed much earlier- right when she appears to commit suicide. Joker is a hallucination, thus he is completely unable to interact with anything besides Batman- yet he pushes the handgun across the table for Barbara to shoot herself with- only a few inches but he still moves it entirely on his own before she even touches it. This right here reveals that it was a hallucination, as if that were a real gun, Joker could not of moved it. Also, new Bat-tank!

The most chad thing here is that he doesn’t target the medics first. I don’t care if you revive people, that’s just a bigger combo for me

I've realized something from this entire game, what makes a good villain or antagonist, its how much affect on not only what they on the hero but on any other character large or small. Even though the Joker is dead, everything that is happening has happened due to his death and influence. Crane wouldn't have gotten hurt by Croc if Joker didn't lead the riots at the asylum, several people became like him because of his plan in arkham city including Batman himself which is why Batman was so obsessed with a cure to begin with, he knew personally how dangerous he can be. He was on the top of the reasons why people wanted Arkham city in the first place and even let lose a subset of mercs on Christmas eve just to kill batman. He crippled Barbra and drove Harley insane putting them in the situations they're in now. And now to top it off he created a villain for batman and is now driving him insane with visions due to a serious sense of psychosis. This is one of the reasons why Joker is such a good villain, because he's not just a one and done, everything he does has weight to not only to protagonist but to everyone around him.

Giorno Giovanna Agreed. This is why Joker is one of my favorite villains. And why, out of all the Jokers, not one was poorly acted. Sure, we got a dull Joker in Suicide Squad, but that was due to the terrible writing. Jared Leto did a decent job with the extremely little he was given. He, Cesar Romero, Jack Nicholson, Mark Hamill and especially Heath Ledger gave the role their all and made it their own.

Hm hm, Batman is not gonna kill. See, that´s one thing while I´m never really take to Batman. All this "fight evil but only put them in prison thing or asylum" which of course gives the villains always a chance to come back and killing or at least severely harm others. How many times Joker could have been killed before? The guy here surely has a point. Also the "not killing thing" is somehow contradictory to some actions. I doubt that the militias might survive the shots from the Batmobile, or the high-voltage shock. Even if they, they might take permanent damage. Anyway, let´s see how the game continues. Finally we reach the climax of it.

Udo Krawallo batman doesn't put the criminals in arkham, he hands them to the authorities who put them in arkham. Also the reason batman doesn't kill is because he's trying to hold on to what left of his sainity. It's a reference point for him to refer to.

If they're crippled, they probably aren't gonna mug anyone. But it works, both from in character- this is what prevents him from finding an excuse to kill any criminal, as making one exception makes creating more all the easier (think Injustice- Superman lost it once, and it all went downhill from there), and for creating comics- it saves the time and money needed to constantly spit out new villains, alao keeoing them around allows their own personalities to get fleshed out.

I´m not that into the Batman lore. Is he really on the edge of insanity? (aside from this game where the influence of fear toxin is present) I only know the films(from Burton and Schumacher and of course the newer ones with Christian Bale) and some of the games present on Zeviks channel. Ok, but if they are crippled, they might never get a chance to start a normal life after having served their sentence. IMHO that seems to be the point of arresting thugs after hindering them to engage in more criminal activity of course.

Gage Peruti yeah, should've been nightwing. Then have jason become red hood in the final cutscene, leaving it ambiguous weather batman reached him or not.

Well, I think Rocksteady made the Arkham Knight's identity as Jason Todd too obvious. The moment I saw those torture scenes with the Joker, I immediately deduced that Jason Todd was Arkham Knight. All signs pointed to Jason wanting to hunt Batman down for abandoning him, even though Batman got horribly tricked by the Joker. I think that if the torture scenes were shown after the reveal, it would have made the impact of a surprise reveal that much more stunning. But that's just me analysing things with a critical eye. I do like Jason Todd/Red Hood as a character. I might change my profile pic to Red Hood's mask soon.
