I would've preffered if they kept variant that is lore-friendly to AK and have them green. It should just be a easteregg option in the mod, not the default way it is.

I hate SSKTJL as much as the next guy, but I'll concede that Batman and the Flash both had immaculate drip in that game.

makes sense, the concept artists and designers don’t write the game, so characters can at least *look* impressive :/

I am confident that the Batman in suicide squad is either 1. A clone or 2. A body double. The real Batman would have backup plans for his backup plans. He wouldn’t rely solely on fear toxin, especially when he’d probably wipe the floor with all four of them at once. He’s smart enough to realize that if the Squad thinks he’s dead, he’ll be free to operate as he wishes without being chased.

This design of Batsuit is so cool. Such a shame it was used in the wrong game... I loved the purple glow on Batman's eyes btw Great job!

Looking back I'm beginning to suspect some of DC's writers have a problem with writing Harley in one extreme or the other. She's either a Joker obsessed womanchild or an ultra independent, inexplicable mastermind. Y'know now that I think about it, that could apply to most DC characters depending on the story.

And this SSKTJL Batsuit design is cleaner, more accurate and less busy than the one from the Arkham Knight game. I rarely ever use the Arkham Knight Batsuit because it has too much segmented armor and the different shades between the plates don't make a good design.

@@supersunbros6432 well they were lazy with 2022 because they just ported Switch assets but with SSKTJL I think they could do the same and it would be fine because this suit was designed for PC, XSX and PS5. Still PC players myself included can just use mod because its very well made(except cape is not accurate) I really like this suit It looks like a combination of the Asylum, City, Origins and Knight suit, which strikes a great balance between armor and flexibility.

Funny how this harley acts a tad bit different to the harley in ssktjl considering the fact that they both are the same harleys. Also funny how Arkham harley was more hotter than ssktjl harley 💀

Now that I see it in an older Arkham game, yeah, Batman's SS game outfit really does fit the original universe.

My guess is that they thought that the way batman carries harley here was dehumanizing and problematic, so they made it a point to have her do the same to him even though it would be extremely stupid.

Idk why but the cutscenes of them arriving towards the pod and the music reminds me of Batman's death from kill the justice league almost felt like I was watching Harley's death

Batman also beats her in Asylam and City. Then Robin beats her in Harley Quinn’s revenge with loads of henchmen. In fairness though she captures Batman in Arkham city with a bat and in Harley’s revenge with a gun. And takes out a whole police station and teams up with Ivy to take out nightwing.

Batman's eye's turning green makes it look like he is the last Joker

In arkham asylume, her "boss fight" was just a cutscene In arkham city, all you did was press the counter button and you never see her again, in the dlc, her "boss fight" was just you punching her robots then grappling up and countering the stomp she does In knight, you do a takedown on her with robin, wipe a few of her low level goons then throw her in one of the quarantine cells In every damn game she was never once a threat, but you're telling me from every bullet this batman dodged, every sword and knife he's countered and every explosion he's tanked, he couldnt just hit the gun out of her hand and wipe out the squad then and there? Even if we use the whole "oh he was brainwashed he wasnt thinking straight" excuse, he resisted the cloudburst and fought off scarecrow's fear gas multiple times, and if you read poison ivy's bio in arkham asylum, it says Batman was the only man who has managed to resist her seduction powers purely due to his iron will. So in the VERY SLIM chance of Brainiac actually managing to brainwash him, it would only change his motive, not affect the ways in which he achieves victory over his foes. And brainiac would be smart enough to program his mind control to make sure that Bruce wouldnt be sloppy whilst still doing his biding. And if his objective was to kill the ss, why the fuck didnt he just finish them off as soon as he knocked them all on their asses in the museum. Why did he specifically wait until he knocked down harley when he couldve just headshotted everyone else as soon as he got them with their own guns? Now about his death "scene", i saw an animation yesterday about how hed actually take them down, and it was only one of the many ways he couldve done that. I love how the d-riders of ssktjl who spent 70 bucks and wanna gaslight themselves into thinking its good so they dont think they wasted money wanna say people jsut wanna see arkham batman solo, no we wanna see some good fucking writing for one of the best well fucking written video game series. The only reason why they made it canon to the arkhamverse was so that people can get to really see how the arkham story ends and they prayed we were actually stupid and childish enough to buy into their weak marketing tactics. Fuck ssktjl

Honestly that suit is top 3 of my favorite Arkham suits. I just wish it wasn’t a part of the suicide squad game

My rule of thumb is: if they aren’t 100% their normal selves, the results don’t really matter. Since The SS was able to take down and kill the JL in their game I have to blame Brainiac’s ego for basically nerfing the abilities and skill of the JL.

It does feel like an improvement over the City outfit (especially the gloves, which were fingerless!?), but I do kinda wish we could put the hood on him as a cosmetic option.

not sure if majority of people know this but lately online I have seen comments saying that "rocksteady gotten greedy" or they wanted more money but the the co founders from the OG rocksteady has left after 18 years of being there back in October 2022 so for all we know they have been pitching alot to warner bros about a new superman or batman game for years but gotten frustrated with the live service model

Something feels off about seeing this game with a camera similar to the older Assassin's Creed games (Cool, but will take getting used to after playing with the default camera for so long). The skin looks amazing in this game though.

If you aren’t convinced I’ll say this: having access to mods and stuff when I go back and play older games I did when I was on console, is the best thing ever. You should see the list of awesome things the community has created for this game alone. It’s crazy

Some of it I feel came from the executives putting pressure on the devs. Like they’d have a good idea and their publishers just shut them down and tell them “they need a live service shooting game cuz fartknife do good and make money. We need do good and make money. And forknKnife is the only game that makes money” Cuz publishers only see one thing

im glad they made harley an actual human in ss. she was horribly written and unbearable in the previous games. Its nice to see a rocksteady game where the recurring female characters arent only present for nothing but sex appeal
