It's been good so far. The product seems to be quite sturdy. I use it almost everyday ...and kind of lot of dragging in and out due to rains but have never encountered any issues with heels yet.

Beg to differ here. I have been using this bathla drying stand for more than 2 years now and have handled it rough and tough in extreme weather conditions but it didn't wear out. Very very good durability
