All 6 of my Happy Hanukkah candles from my online order came packed upside down in the little boxes. The wax was loose and all out of the glass jars with the wicks smashed up against the lid. When I turned them upright they were full of shaved wax with the the wicks smashed and frayed! Looked like someone grated cheese inside each candle. Thankfully my local store still had them available and I was able to exchange them all. I called and told customer service and at least got my shipping refunded.
