I agree about being irritated that so many BBW scents do not come with body lotions since we know the creams will be bad in 6 months to a year, especially if they have a lot of vanilla. I wish they’d also do more body butters because they offer a lot more moisturizing than lotions, but last much longer than body creams. And yes, STOP with all the shimmer. Just offer a shimmer mist in addition for those who like it and keep the shimmer out of the body butters. I won’t buy a shimmery product. It ruins it for me.

Thanks Claire for taking the time to review these for us. I 100% agree with you about Iced Lemon PC. I said it last year that the cake note is way too overpowering. It refuses to let the lemon shine. I still like it but I much prefer the body cream as I feel it’s overall more balanced. I picked up Fresh Amalfi Lemon FFM and lotion to layer with it to help bring out the lemon even more. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the Everyday Luxuries Collection. I already have my faves. 😊

The brightest bloom is an excellent dupe of Chanel Entdre the pink one. I didn’t pick that up at first. Maybe you will change your mind about this scent like I did.

I keep trying to like strawberry poundcake but it’s a big ol NO for me. Glad they had the lemon poundcake in store this year, but Philosophy lemon custard is still my top gourmand lemon. I also really enjoyed the pink pineapple sunrise, waterlily springs, and surprisingly, the Bridgerton scent.

Calypso Clementine is like Dolce & Gabbana’s Light Blue with just more clementine on the dry down..

I actually built up my spring-summer collection a bit more from them a while back. I’ve added: At The Beach, and Water Lily Springs for the summer and Tropidelic, Love Always Wins, Gingham, and Brightest Bloom for the spring.

There are a few videos showing where the new BBW “Janeiro dupes” are just repackages of some older/prior BBW scents that already existed. Which brings to question…who’s duping who 🤷🏾‍♀️

Also Dressed in White smells very similar to Gucci Flora Gardenia. The dressed in white’s dry down is sweeter while the gucci one is more floral on the dry down..

The Body Shop had a really nice cherry mist last year (cherries and cheer) 🍒

Bourbon Strawberry & Vanilla stole my heart, followed by Calypso Clementine and Water Lily Springs...yep I bought too much of all those scents 😂
