3 days for candle day. Best advice don’t stress over it. Stores are ready for it. Make a list of what you want and good luck. I also advise staying away from the site. It was a nightmare last year.

I feel bad for the employees with the BOPIS turned on. That's gonna be a mess for various reasons....

I remember they did BOPIS on candle day either in 2020 or 2021 and it was such a disaster that they had to stop it because it crashed the store and online systems. I hope they have hired associates specifically to handle BOPIS otherwise, expect another disaster. 😅😢

I’m an associate and BOPIS was a fucking disaster. We’d have 150+ orders and MORE coming in. Not to mention people who had the audacity to call saying “I placed an order this morning is my order ready?” LIKE NO LINDA WE HAVE FUCKING 200 PEOPLE WHO ALSO ORDERED CANDLES NOT EVERYTHING IS ABOUT YOU 😭 acting like this isn’t the BIGGEST candle sale of the fucking season and everyone else is ordering in as much as you are! That was mine and my coworker’s biggest pet peeves when people would come in expecting their order to be ready when we have a giant line IN the store to take care of plus over a hundred orders coming in while we’re understaffed the whole time

No-vember: No coupons, no buy! I’m waiting for Candle Day, will shop in store.

I'm going to limit how many I pick up this year since I'm running out of storage space

I will only do a BOPIS for sales that are online only. That way I don’t pay shipping and maximize my savings. Otherwise, I prefer to shop in store. I think I will only do in store shopping for Candle day.

What I'm most interested in is the "new" candles being available on day one especially for us folks who get there early. Pisses me off in past with multiple candle days, BBW would put add'l new on day 2 as inventory dwindled per upper mgmt... and BOPIS... crazy to offer at buzziest time, be prepared for cancellations of order/partial order. Oh well, am excited, it's almost here!!

I loved it when they released a Bake Shop Collection around that time.

Always love candle day!! I’ll be going as soon as the store opens. In my experience that’s the best time to go or right before it closes.

Same with online delivery, I'd recommend only doing BOPIS in emergencies, because it's fairly common for items to be cancelled.

Last week I did a bopis and came home without everything I was charged for. Stupid me I didn't look in the bag till I got home. I called and they got the rest of my missing order with no problem. Then I had to go back and get it. Lol. Definitely recommend checking the order before you leave LOL

Last year’s online “early” access for rewards members was a cluster. Going to a local stand alone store early morning was much better-no stress compared to the online disaster. When I asked, a store associate told me that Paris Café ☕️ should be available. 🤞 BTW: What’s the expected Candle Day 3 wick price this year?💸

3:02 I never bought online either until I have trouble walking now and can't get out much but it is good for those one day flash sales where you don't see it till 8:00 p.m. in your home so you can buy it at that price and pick it up in a day or two

My question is... Are they going to do a limit of 20 so you have to do seperate transactions? That's what my store did last year & I was livid!

Most likely they will not promote it with signage. You will get an email.

Found out yesterday one of my stores changed hours, opening at noon during the week. They didn't change their sign. So I found out the hard way, wasted gas. Their "in window sign" still gave 10 am for weekdays. :( . Folks may want to check store hours in case anything has changed. My candle tubs, closet, runneth over lol. There have been good sales practically matching candle day prices, so skipping this year. I will budget for next round of Christmas! Thank you for the heads up on the changes!

Wonder what they mean by saying they will offer "buy now, pay later". There's been a PayPal "pay in 4 installments" online/BOPIS option for awhile. Maybe they're doing their own version or an in-store option.

Sadly I can't use the app anymore. I unstalled it and tried to download it but then it said, "This app won't work for your device." I have android version 10. Hope bath and body can fix this problem.
