Suchhhhhh yummy food. Each one has something special, it's a lovely area.

D seafood restaurant ambience is really gorgeous. And d fresh seafood, my oh my, must have tasted amazingly delicious.

D seafood buffet looked so fresh from d farm. Amazingly n beautifully spread.

D suite at Batam Marriott Harbour Bay Hotel is simply beautiful. Wonderful views from d balcony n around d property.

Hello Angela, Nice video we've been going to Batam via Singapore for the past 16 year's how it's changed for development of the island, We can only move forward NOW 😊 thanks for sharing.

Great video! Before you even described them I wanted to eat those tacos.😂 Would you mind giving some advice on tipping at the Marriot, etc.? My understanding is SE Asia doesn't have a tipping culture but if you tip, how much do you tip the waiter/waitress, bellhop, housekeeping, the masseuse etc. All those people seem so friendly and helpful that the American in me wants to tip something.

OMG the tacooooos haha Honestly between the Marriott cheese platter, those tacos and the black pepper sauce at HarbourBay Seafood restaurant, I would go back there every week if I hadn't just moved away from Batam Saturday haha Tipping ... almost literally no ones tips so you will have them loving you with even a small gesture. I usually start at a cup of coffee someplace posh for something simple, around 20-25,000. If you're super happy and want to treat someone, 50k will make a splash. For masseurs, I usually give 100k each.
