The two years we lived here only once we seen a bat in our house and we may think it came from the chimney, how we know before we spend alot of money on removel

If it only happened once, save the money- there's probably no problem. Check occasionally for signs of bats like in other videos.

Do you not worry about rabies being that close to them?

No. Since it was daytime, these bats are just resting. Bats are not aggressive unless you are a flying insect and rabies is not very common.
