There's proper forum for the "hinaing" ng mga worker like them.This is Philippines madaming hindi nasususnod sa mga protocol and the system is poor. Don't use them for your content. They can write and go to the management for the their concerns. And try to invest more mono block chairs sa reception ninyo sa labas. Naka upo na iba sa cemento.

We don't use them for our content. Our main content is our retirement. Since we interact with them every week when they pick up our trash, they became part of our lives. We started to give them snacks and drinks and one day we made them lunch. They started talking about their work life. The video made a way for them to talk to the management and settle things between them. Our only purpose was to help. Pls refer to the end of the video. A narration of the positive outcome. And as for the chairs, we do have several chairs available in the back but they preferred to sit on the cement. We have several donors for them from other countries. No choice but to show it in upcoming videos for the purpose of showing the donors that indeed they received the cash/kind that are intended for them for transparency and clarity.

If i may suggest po you can help them with food and groceries rather than giving them money, di naman po sa sinasabing baka asahan nila ang monetary help every now and then, but it is safer to give them the groceries and food na mapapakinabangan ng entire family nila if ever..
