Orhan, i was watching some comment, about Armenians thinking they are in someway linked to the Basque people, u may are one of them. But whats the link?? whats the conection?? Basques are totally different than Armenians, the Basque Country is one of the richest parts of Europe and Armenia one of the poorest, Basques are linked to Irish and Scotich and Armenians to Persians. Explain it please, Why u love Basque people?? as i know Basque people dont feel any conection to your country? Regards.

My friend Armenia suffered an economic collapse after Soviet Union ended its controlled economy, and slowly is building a new market driven economy. If you look at economic data Armenia was one of the wealthiest economies in the Soviet Bloc. Just give us time and we shall catch up :).

Gor Grishyan i believe and i hope you are doing well, i believe it, Talking about the Basque People and the Armenians, the language its not a basis to say that a whole culture is directly conected to another, first because there are similar words in almost every language, with some exceptions, like Chineses or Japanse, there are studies about the basque being linked to the Natives American(DNA) studies, the last which is more accurate found them linked to the Irish and Scotish, DNA research is more realiable than language similarities. kind regards and the best for your country.

You need to see a bideo of more basque traditions for example: BERTSO. There are a lot of competitions of BERTSO if you want you put in youtube. For a lot of people they are very boring but i love them. In competitions you need a lot of imagination because you have 1 minute to make a little song. Put BERTSO in youtube i love bertsos

My mother was Basque, her mother's name was Sudre, her father's name was Aznarez. My mother was Michele Genvieve Aznarez, and she taught me so much about my Basque heritage. I am completely in love with everything Basque, the people, the language, the amazing history, the land, the town my mother came from (St. Jean de Luz), everything. If I could live there I would already be there. I'm retired now, 65 years old, and I live on my boat with my dog in Florida (USA). It has been my longest dream to live in Euskadi. Just to smell the smells, eat the foods, listen and watch the people, and enjoy my remaining years as my dear, wise mother would have wished. This video made me smile and my heart was filled with joy. Thank you so much, from the depth of my heart, Alexander Bilbo, for presenting this video for the world to see.

I am mostly French Acadian; there were a few early Basque families who came and settled in L'Acadie (now the Maritimes in Canada) in the 1600s that married into Acadian families and thus down the lines became Acadian; the Bastarache (Bastarache dit Basque) family was one of them (whom I descend from). (Jean Bastarache dit le Basque, born around 1658 in Bayonne (French Basque country), came over in the 1680s to Port-Royal Acadie (Now Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia, Canada) Very nice video. :)

I love your Basque Country and People but is it true you hate Spaniards? I mean I like many Country’s in Europe basque Italy Germany Great Britain (great experience there with the culture and people , exam change year but of course I don’t agree with the history about the settlement on Ireland and some politics) and Sweden Czech Republic Spain ( I mean, nice food, great weather, nice architecture, good football teams Real Madrid) and more. Hope you get now well with everyone in your country Im not from Basque Country but like to visit in the future.

@@liqiz1755 No, this is false. We hate some spaniards, but not all. I have spanish friends and many spaniards have Basque pro independence friends. We want to have our own Country. We have our culture, our language, our music, our dance, our sports, our gastronomy, but our Country is not recognized by Spain and European Union, i hate this for example. We just want to have the right to have our own country. We dont want a monarchy, the King of Spain not is our king, and the spanish soccer team not is my team. I do not recognized this spanish team as my team. And sorry, but personally i hate Real Madrid same like spanish King 🚫⚠️👊. We have Spanish soccer teams as our brothers, for example, Rayo Vallecano, this team is from Madrid, however, they are our friends. I Will continue to defend our identity, like many other Basques, but We dont hate all spaniards. I am a Cajun from Louisiana and I have Basque ancestry; along with my French. One of my ancestors was Juan Manuel (later "Jean") and he got married in Poitiers to a woman from the Alsace-Lorraine region. They later relocated to Louisiana state (becoming "French") and had many children.

Im american,basque by name and blood in la familia gaona/gauna.from the district of vitoria(alava) in basque country.the name is toponymic so centuries ago it was de gauna.i didnt really know all that growing up cept that i had french and spanish blood.alot of it.my surname(mother's maiden name)is DeLeon.leon was one of the 3 kingdoms that was forged into spain.i love history😊

En todo el territorio argentino se baila de esa manera por los españoles que vinieron y la música celta, chacarera, escondido, muchas danzas que nacieron en tierras argentinas hoy en día se siguen bailando, el chamamé que se que también se baila en brasil por la influencia argentina, nacio en una provincia llamada corrientes, allí habian jesuitas y esa musica nacio en las iglesias, con origen celta (y algun ritmo africano) luego con la llegada de los inmigrantes europeos introducieron el acordeon y formaron una bella melodía

Mi abuelo se llamó Rafael Zuzuarregui Guerra y llegó a vivir a Guadalajara, Jalisco, México.Cuando yo nací, él ya había fallecido y sólo tengo una foto suya.Era rubio.Me gustaría saber de alguien que lleve este apellido.Gracias.

Zuzuarregi es apellido.de. la provincia.de.gipuzkoa, y en su costa hay un lugar llamado hondarribia donde existen familias con ese apellido.

Y que los países donde reside esta cultura (y otras) se dediquen a querer minimizarlas y hacer que se parezcan todas a lo castellano o lo francés (que también es muy bonito, pero ya tiene su lugar). No entra en mi mente. Oso polita!!

exacto Carmela, pero tendrán que matarnos uno a uno, o caer un meteorito sobre Euskal Herria para que dejemos de hablar nuestra lengua y preservar nuestra cultura :) Gracias por tus palabras, un abrazo enorme donde quiera que estes :)

@@iraultzabeitiagoitia5315 el hecho de que hables euskera es para mí motivo de envidia sana. Ojalá mi euskera fuera lo suficientemente bueno como para escribir y pensar en esa lengua. Pero lamento decirte que ello no te otorga ventaja alguna para entender más o mejor. Insisto en lo simplista del comentario de esa chica además de falso. En Francia el pensamiento centralista y Jacobino si excluye a el euskera como lengua oficial pero España, no lo hace. Y en cuanto a lo de tratar de minimizar la cultura vasca y españolizarla…. En fin. …… Agur.

por lo visto el folklore argentino tiene mucha influencia de estas danzas vascas, saludos desde Argentina.

Somos casi 4 millones de descendientes de vascos entre argentina y uruguay, la cultura vasca está muy fuerte en argentina

Es aún más fuerte en Colombia, Antioquia es la región con mayor número de descendientes vascos a nivel mundial, sobrepasando a Francia y España juntas.

Lauri Bl ? Sólo digo lo que es cierto, la herencia vasca no ha sido tan notable en ningún otro país de Latinoamérica, incluso la gastronomía colombiana depende de esta.
