Definitely looks similar to traditional Irish and Scottish dancing and it just so happens a great deal of Irish and Scottish have rhesus negative blood as well very interesting

True. I think ther is a step called "pas de basque" in scottish dances, at least, as well as in classical ballet.

Oinkari danza taldea. Group of dances Oinkari. Basque country.

Thank you! A Google search finds groups in Basque country, but also one in Boise Idaho (USA), which has a significant Basque immigrant community. Since the event shown is in the USA (Smithsonian Institution), I suspect it involved the Boise group. I believe I recognized the smiling face of one of the 2 dancers in one of their group photos.
