Daniel finally, someone that actually watched the game. Mexico were really star struck you could tell. But, it was too little to late when they started getting confidence and turning things around. Mexico is like 2 generations behind of basketball. But, if the country focuses on other athletics besides futbol. They have a chance at closing the gap worldwide. It's damn shame 🤦‍♂️

Ayon is a good player but I am sure Dream Team One would have guarded him better. Patrick Ewing and David Robinson and Shaq would have given Ayon a much more challenging game. He would have to "bang' with Shaq, Karl Malone and Charles Barkley. And we would be seeing Michael Jordan, Clyde Drexler and Scottie Pippen attacking the rim and getting him into foul trouble early on!!!! And with Mullin and Bird hitting shots consistently from downtown Ayon's team mates would not be able to simply leave Bird and Mullin unguarded so that they could help Ayon guard the paint!!!!!
