A great drill to work on decisions with the ball. Players must develop the ability to score and pass quickly. This also helps improve individual defense when at a 2-on-1 disadvantage.

I like it. I think it will give the shooter more confidence. Work with middle school girls and get that confidence and aggressive is hard.

Excellent drill, thank you for sharing. I typically enforce something like this when doing a 3-on-2, 2-on-1 drill when going full court, but this is perfect when you only have half court available.

Love everything except the first part where we had "back to ball." I see the merit, but would be worried about the muscle memory of not seeing ball. Just found the channel. Great stuff. Thank you for making these videos!
