I started training under Sifu at 18 years old. Now I’m 53. I miss his training.

Tried it with a marker. I looked like a Jackson Pollock painting and was open to hooks.

People say it’s because it’s “ineffective” but the reality is that some Wing Chun attacks target parts like the eyes, throat and groin

​@@RiveBassCoversyou can target those using boxing and wrestling. It's not deadly, it's just not nearly as good as any other martial art. There's a reason why we only see demos and not any applications.
