Please how many inches should I add to the crotch depth? Will I still come down by 0.5" in the CF like in trouser? Will I still extend my CB crotch length with my exact front crotch extension ( hip circumf. ÷ 20)? I will appreciate your response, thanks.

You add sewing allowance by transferring your patterns to a new paper. I prefer to add mine while transferring the pattern to fabric.

Yes , it's a constant used for estimating crouch extension. That way you can get a crouch extension relative to the person's hip circumference.
