Haha, these are recently filmed videos! You are right about Alois, he does not seem to age at all.

I train a over 30 years old beginner and he just can't get a feeling for it. My guess is a too fast racket. Do you have more tipps for me?

Maybe, but I find that some people have difficulty even getting the ball to bounce on their side first so this action really helps them. Once they get that basic serve it is usually fairly easy for them to modify it to be a legal serve.
