Is essential for creating better understanding and controlled calmness! It prepares the dog with better listening skills so they are more successful in different situations like working around triggers or distractions outdoors.
Fenway and CeCe were reactive to guests in and outside of the home and very impulsive prior to their training with us - CeCe even ended up biting someone. All of the prep work is helping them make better choices, like recalling to down until released when outside, or learning new coping skills, like moving away from unwanted advances from others to create more space.
