Regarding the feeding trigger situation. Could it be intentional that you may be able to cut the grass within the area of the poles, and just leave it there to be eaten?:)

That would be neat but they wont eat it unless you put it in the trigger spot 🤔

So one possible issue, or maybe just a feature I don't understand. It seems that the food is never going down, but it may be that I'm growing/bailing grass on the fields within the mods "roam" area, but it's been at 14000 the whole time.

I think any bales in the area will be used by the pen , it must be a very large loading trigger 🤓

If you go into the mods XML you should be able to edit the trigger zone if its picking up bales or loose thats close to the pen. If you haven't, Id also put fences around it just to be sure where the roam area is and prevent you from using that area for farming.

Are all the animals visible?, when i buy 450 chickens all of them are not in the pen, same with pigs?

Not all the animals will be visible, only the horses actually show the exact amount of animals you own . My guess is it is a game limitation , but that is just a guess . Thanks for your question 😀
