I feel this covers EVERYTHING you could possibly meditate with for optimum results. NO need to study other cultures ways to getting to these realizations. Bashar CUTS through all the fluffy stuff associated w/religious practices, cult practices and alike. It is what it Is because it is ALL that there is within ALL that IS. 'Needs' are met, sure. But what about desires. I would love to live in a house and not a small apartment. I do not have a need for housing but I have a desire to live in a house that is perfect for me.

Counselor or community I already went to & realized every one is so lost. While he preaching higherself communication why you ask me insuruct me to ignore that's totally with respect phipicratic or totally ignoring message he preaching. I do meditate We need specific truth guide us if higher self really exist ignoreing and seeking help from counselor or spritual group I went to is totally denying his teaching to talk with higher self ma'am or sir. Losing totally point and creating meaningless of his teaching to guide me to best routs Or his teaching even real Again spiritual group or counselor friends they are all lost , soviving & seeking for truth Why higher self or Source doesn't protect people and give guide if they exsist but simply every one dieing with so much pain & suffering & so much confusions I really appreciate your response and responding back with truth I know and honesty When people contact with story usually he doesn't have answer for himself eather but protecting his past life and telling other to go see counselor or other advice and lost Even Basher straight up preaching to connect with higher self but you said go see other people's , destroyed his teaching and you are denying his teaching , you the one might need go see other than Basher is you are not believing his teaching to higherself to guide you and communicate with you insted you go see other people who are so lost too.
