17:02 What Bashar is not explaining very well is that it is natural. It is smooth and it flows. So these changes occur gradually. 1 day I realized that my internal dialogue was A) very quiet not a bombardment of thoughts and emotions but rather a calm patience waiting to be called upon. B) Gratitude is/was at the foremost of everything. It’s possible. This small town mom of 7 is here, in the present, living what he is explaining. We each Can Do It. 🥰

@@Gaiacosmickirtan108 you’ve got this. What I did was thank every thought and emotion and then I started saying, “Thank you for showing me what I want or do not want.” Now I only invest my energy into emotions I do want. This makes it neutral and then I can play with the energies as I desire. 🥰🌻Ⓜ️

@@InnaWersjaciebie It makes me sad that I struggle with the understanding of all these new teachings to us. Remember not everyone will grasp these concepts as easily as you. When something is as simple as truth, that truth maybe not over looked by any means but not as easy to understand the concepts of that truth. This has been a hard struggle for me for the past 3 years. For someone who considers herself to be not so simple minded, in this area I get all twisted up and end up without really understanding just bits and pieces.

It’s very annoying people (normally women) that wants to “look like” very articulated using so many words and with sensual voices asking things that already answered many times and Bashar just “kill” them answering the most simple way possible and almost no words 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 They’re super annoying - you could choose another kind of people to appear in your posts that are much more interested in all means - common guys….it’s being difficult to still watching something from you
