Rubio debated Bash extremely well. He will do even better against Commie-la should she still be VP. (Even Tulsi took her down in the DNC debate.) Marco would be an excellent choice for the president's VP, but there are a great many others that would fill the bill.

The state legislature are the people's representatives for state laws. If the people aren't happy, they can vote them out of office and/or put abortion on the state ballot. Several states have already voted, and 13 states are voting on abortion in November.

What am I missing here? Since when does the 25th amendment make someone the VP in the line of succession. The President can always choose his Vice President, and both appear on the same ticket. Speaker Johnson would only become the President, if the President and Vice President were no longer available to serve. In the current situation, the cabinet would need to remove Biden, making Kamala Harris the President. She would then have to run and win the Presidency in the November election. If she loses in that election, she leaves Office on January 20, 2025 when the winner of the November election is sworn in. If she runs and wins the November election, she would be sworn in, along with her VP, on January 20, 2025.
I love and like Trump. I like Rubio for his boldness to stand with Trump to beat "Crooked Joe".
