Where did these defense practice plans come from?
Doug Bernier is a former professional baseball player who played 16 seasons professionally. Currently he is the Defensive Coordinator for the Colorado Rockies, and during the MLB off season he runs dozens defensive practices of youth travel teams, training them in infield, outfield and baserunning.
