@bluvision79 First you have to do about 1000 skydives before you even think about BASE. Then do a couple hundred BASE jumps. Then do a couple hundred wingsuit jumps out of a plane. THEN wingsuit a BASE jump. So aside from the equipment costs, you're looking a many thousands of dollars worth of practice before you have the skills to do this. Once you get there, you can worry about the cost of the gear.

yeah you are looking at 3,000 US dollars to get your AFF jumps and license, then depending on you DZ 20-30 US dollars per jump after you have your license, and you need 200 jumps withing a year-18 months i belive to fly a wingsuit anywhere from 4,000 to 6,000 for those 200 jumps then all the different gear you have to buy, you would obviuosly have to by both a skydive chute and base chute and wingsuits and various other stuff

To us jumpers, money and numbers mean little, it's the altitude and the adrenaline that get us through :D

Wingsuits and parachutes go for about 1,200-1,600 US dollars on average

Does anyone know how much those body gliders suits cost? Also how much to base jump chutes cost? I assume its different then jumping the chute you use to jump out of a plane.

this is not for those with families. hope you don't ever have a malfunction. would be fun though.

this is wrong, u can fly a wingsuit after 200-250 skydives and B.A.S.E after 200 skydives and base with a wingsuit after 50 or so base jumps if you have enough experience with wingsuits
