Since The Sims 4 base game is now free for everyone to download, I thought I would create some base game builds for my next few videos. Here is a base game starter home suitable for 3 or 4 sims. It has a double bedroom & a bedroom for a child and a toddler. The house has been play tested :)
This house costs $22,266 & will be within the right price range for a 3 sim family including lot price. Obviously there isn't a lot of furniture inside as I had to keep within budget but hopefully your sims can level up the home as they acquire more funds :)
