save the apartment as a room and place this room on a regular lot. Then build whatever you need in this room and save it again, then place this room in place of the apartment.

just want to ask I got that star moodlet [MCCC], it's usually gave my sims 20 days of fearless [that one for example], but sometimes I don't even know why my sims got 40 days of itt and now even got 50 days is it a bug or something?
