Basca Washing Line for IBC cleaning cleans up to 20 1000lt and 600lt IBC’s per hour. Design with a modular concept that allows modifications over time to increase production and step up with your needs. The U shape of the line allows the forklift driver to optimize loading and unloading of IBC reducing drastically the time of logistics.
The IBC washing system showed includes:
- Upload buffer stations;
- Draining station for emptying residues before cleaning;
- Outside cleaning with rotary platform and 200 Bar nozzles;
- Inside pre-wash with media, washing and rinsing with high pressure.
- Two drying stations with heated air and patent airflow diffuser to dry upper walls of the IBC;
- Manual operations station for cap closing and inspection;
- Leak test unit with PLC and label printer
- Unloading automized buffer
- Three heated and insulated 1000lt stainless steel tanks for washing media reuse for minimum consumption.
