Does it make the alcohol drinks just right? Or do they taste to strong or to sweet?

i said this on your other video. "you sold me on this unit. I'm still rocking the old Margaritaville drink mixer machine from about 10 years ago. it could make some good one spirit drinks and was (and still is) the life of the party but it was not able to make any complex multi spirit drinks. this is just what I've been looking for. thanks for the review."

Looks to me that the Bartesian pods are the same size as Tassimo pods, just a little taller.

Those are solid questions. I just bought one and my guess would be that maybe water needs to be flushed through after each drink. It’s just a guess on my part

The machine is $360. You're better off doing it yourself. Espolon Blanco Tequila $25 Belvedere Vodka $30 Beefeater Gin $20 Cointreau $30 Bacardi Superior $20 Shaker $10-$20 Hawthorne Strainer $10-$15 Not only that but now you have yourself key spirits to go off and do other drinks

@@alexbeastav Absolutely. Plus all cocktails are better with fresh ingredients than they are with a powdered mix. I probably have 100 bucks in bar tools but Ill have them for the rest of my life, one day you'll go to try and make a drink with that and it will have an error code, and end up getting binned.

So for $400 + pod costs you're getting a juice machine and still have to provide alcohol? Hard pass. There's other brands out there that have the alcohol in their pods for the same price. These things suck in general but at least get the better option if you're gonna go down this route

BallisticKnifeOverlord 6 it all depends on preference for me I Like to know what brand of alcohol I drink the fact that I can control the quality of alcohol on this machine makes it the better bargain for me, it’s 349 retail not 400 and the other close competition is 300 but on sale for 200 but you don’t control the alcohol quality like you do with this one infact they don’t even advertise what brand alcohol they are even using.

Angel's Travel Unravel yeah but you could literally buy all the ingredients, and a shaker for the price of one pod pack and just make the cocktails yourself at home. You're paying for the booze separately anyway and unlike q machine, a shaker will never break down. I think these machines are a scam. A cosmo is littlerally triple sec 750ml = $7, cran = $4, lime = $0.50-$5, MAX + your vodka. You also don't have any control over the try of mixers they're using in the pods. It's likely artificial flavorings chocked full of preservatives. You could invest in a very small ice machine if you don't already have on on your fridge, and a shaker for less than $150 and ALWAYS pay less for the ingredients than the pod packs alone cost and you get 5-10 times more ingredients.

BallisticKnifeOverlord 6 in that way it’s a very good argument however once again it’s all about preference, the entire point of the machines is for convenience and there a great conversation starter. While it may be cheaper to go with your method this is infact a luxury item like most other kitchen appliances you can problabky do without imo.

@@BallisticKnifeJesus, I agree 100%! I actually think it's cheaply made and I just set mine up tonight! All you get is an 8 ounce drink and when it dispenses, mine goes everywhere! I found out Walmart has pods 6 for $7.50 & I'll shake those up in a shaker!! 🤣😂

@@vincem4756 bro its so easy. Just look up videos on youtube. Plus the only other ingredients you need is lemon juice and come and it'll still be cheaper. All it takes is practice. Just ass 3/4oz of every ingredient and shake with ice. Stain into a tall glass. Trust me you'll get better results, save more money, and it'll be more satisfying

Melissa Rae Baker it’s actually not from them although I am sure they will make one soon :) it’s actually made for holding bbq sauces from a fast food resturant but it works just as good :)

Aalaays should have when the machine is in use, however I DO NOT leave water in there when not in use. I learned the hard way mold can grow. Also I switched to distilled water and now have zero mold problems.

No the capsules are concentrated. The machine uses water to dilute it to the appropriate amount for the drink.

Hey Scott it doesn’t make me a “liar” as you put it, I am not a big Long Island drinker but this was good to me, doesn’t mean it’s for everybody, thanks for watching and God Bless.

There is nothing premium about machines like this one, you get a better cocktail by just buying the equipment and following a youtube tutorial on the drink you want to make. Also dude, avoid jose cuervo like the plague, it’s the worst tequila you could ever get, for mixing and cheap get Espolon, olmeca altos or Arette. Trust me all of your tequila cocktails will taste so much better with either one of those 3.

Not to mention the G in Long Island Ice Tea stands for Gin. What 4 clears for LIIT, back the truck up. Kiddie toys won’t make the pour, but this unit will make you poor. Spend the $$ on more alcohol and and buy some big boy panties and learn to pour.

CollegefootballWAZZU doesn’t mean it isn’t a better product, drinkworks has been around a lot longer and the sales aren’t there Bartesian made Oprah’s list and sells out on amazon constantly, so long as they stay vigilant, and continue to make new drinks and new versions of the machines they will be fine
