I know Damien is the "bad guy" however I love the character and his sarcasm. That and Neal McDonough is one of my all time favorite actors.

All Barry has to do is use his powers to travel through time & make sure Thawne never encounters the speed force. Thawne doesn’t become the Reverse Flash, & doesn’t go back in time to kill Barry’s parents or Dr. Wells. Henry & Nora raise Barry, Barry meets the real Dr. Wells, Caitlin doesn’t lose Ronnie. All’s right w/the world.

@@richarda29 Problem with DC Comics though, they always change time-travel and make things worst for everyone and not for the villains. DEATH BATTLEs cheated out Storylines re-written with SJW trash Eddie is still dead Barry marrying Iris instead of Patty Flashpoint Reverse Flashpoint Apokolips War 2020 COVID pandemic That’s the big issue on time travel. The more DC’s characters do it, the more everything changes.

Who else loves it when Damian was staring into space after hearing the truth from Flash and then saying "MAN HE IS GOOD!" complimenting Thawne for his brilliant plan. Cause I just love seeing Damian's reaction when he does that XD

@@TheUnpredictable2020 Well mostly the consequence of Flashpoint was that he was beginning to forget the original timeline and was losing his speed, but yeah the other stuff was pretty weak and not much like the comic Flashpoint. It’s fun to see the alternatives, but it wasn’t really the point of Flashpoint.

Damien Darhk is like Wreck-It Ralph. A “Bad Guy”, but not a bad Guy. He’s a father first and foremost, willing to be the Hero for the sake of his Daughter.

You know out of all the Arrowverse villians I think Damian was the most redeemable

Damien Darhk is truly an evil character, but when it comes to his daughter he will stop at nothing to save her. Even if that means betraying his allies and teaming up with the heroes. Not because deep down there is goodness in him, but instead there is just a great father.

I'm honestly glad to see this actor against after so long. First I saw him in American Horror Story. Then recent I saw him in Resident Evil Welcome to Raccoon City. And now he's back as Darhk in Flash once again. And damn he still looks good after all this time.

He loves Nora but he was horrific to her. Him giving up his life was his way of apologizing for having her locked in an abusive psych ward and forced to be the vessel for a demon. He’s not a good dad at all.

There's no denying he loves her, but that doesn't make him a good dad. Side note: Also, remember the time he tried to blow up the world while Nora was in it in Arrow s4?

Damien Darhk may always be a villain by nature, but he'll always make the selfless sacrifice for Nora.

This felt like the animated movie of Flashpoint where The Flash explains to Thomas Wayne that his son is Batman and the timeline is changed. Awesome. These lines and the script, very well written and inspired.

This is why I love the flash, he isn't the kind of hero who would manipulate or beat up the bad guys. He's a guy who understands people, a hero with empathy.

It’s so cool they brought Damien back, one of the best villains in the arrow verse

Barry's too polite to mention that while Damien did indeed sacrifice himself to save Nora from being fully possessed by the demon Mallus, he's *also* the one who made her a vessel for Mallus in the first place.

And how is Barry able to show Damian that flashback? He wasn’t their, the legends were.

I guess it wasn't the case, just a side effect of Barry not being Flash - history gone other way and Nora died (probably for a whole different reason) and Damien probably survived everything. Thawn didn't have much control over everything and was probably too busy becoming Flash and killing off (probably) Cisco so there would've been no chance for some vibing from his side.

This actor usually ends up in c list movies but man he's GOOD!.

Huh. So Armageddon is what both Flash's season 3 Flashpoint AND to a degree Legends of Tomorrow Season 2's episode Doomworld was supposed to be. In legends's case actually living up to thawne's claims of "flash was the villain, I am the hero" instead of just saying barry allen died offscree

How about the best part of this episode? Barry and Thawne are running the equator. The world, and Central City are in chaos. Destruction, riots and looting. Everywhere, as established by the crew in Star Labs. Everywhere, EXCEPT, that ONE STREET where Frost and ChillLame are fighting Dahrk. On THAT street, everything is just fine. Peachy. Come on, CW. I know you stopped trying with Flash after season 3, but come on. SOME kind of effort!
