I grew up in a small town in northern cali and had to take the bus to sacramento to skate. i noticed people writing there names on walls and decided to start doing it myself. around 92 or 93 I would visit my uncle in San Francisco and see these huge screws and writing styles that blew me away. I have been a fan of barry mcgee for years. another story. i sold art to a guy in SF and when I was at his house to install the work I asked to use his bathroom, wow! barry mcgee bottles everywhere wow!

Barry mcGee isn't twish right? I talked to twist back in the myspace days but I never actually knew his real name.

very arty film about mcgee. well done but a bit too overwhelming. doesn't every really show mcgee or his assistant, which is true with mcgee's privacy. you never really see him head on in most interviews about him; except the art in the streets promo in vanity fair mag.

my favorite style other letters to and not em like you but this does not even know how they are appointed to these graffiti

i usually watch twerk videos, but this was better.

freaking a...this whole vid makes me almost throw up... It was too much going on that you can't even focus on the artist or his work...also it doesn't tell story...
