0:47 I think this line foreshadows the other evil speedsters coming back. Notice how he says "he's part of the plan, they all are". And there's that set photo of thawne, savitar, and cobalt blue, as well as rumors of zoom coming back. I think the negative speedforce takes each one back to the present to fight barry. And with that I also think that the speed force will choose others throughout time to help fight against them.

but the negative speed force avatar never really went away tho thawne is still here and with his speed (until he kills barry’s mother)
