​@@aarronobsidian5597bariss is gonna end up dying 1 of 2 ways. 1 Vader is still salty about the whole Ahsoka situation and kills her or 2 either in this mini series or possibly a future season of the Ahsoka series or another series entirely we see Ahsoka and Bariss finally face each other once again and battle it out until only 1 is left standing

1:20 i dont think that's accurate. Those are New Republic uniforms which means we're having a time skip for Morgan like we had time skips in Tales of The Jedi Shorts.

Commenting again to say, I really want that grand Inquisitor/Barris scene you mentioned and I'd also love for Barris to sense that vader is Anakin and have her learn of Ahsoka's "death"

After season 5, I HATED Bariss and wanted to go go out in the worst way possible. After seeing the trailer, though, in particular then end as Vader walks by, I'm freaking terrified for her.

I find it sad, she opposed the Jedi openly and with. lot of emotion, now she's the first to kneel before Vader and the empire, it's fitting but kinda depressing at the same time

Master Unduli Bariss Offees's master was killed by the empire and seen in season 1 of SW Rebels when Kanen & Ezra were led to her long dead body! She was in the same prison garb we see Bariss in when the female Inquisitor breaks her out of Republic prison must have been close to Order 66 due to the Corasaunt Shock Clone Troopers escorting the Inquisitor & Bariss & making the snide comment "good thing you aren't a Jedi anymore!" As Bariss is led out of the prison! So I'm ready for the stories now! Bet we see Baylon Skoll too you wait!

If I'm sure, the Grand Inquisitor was confirmed to be one of those Temple Guards escorting Barris. It even made him think about Jedi Council and pretty much made him turn to be the Dark Side It all might be wrong tho

I am appreciating the balance of the animation. It’s bright and colorful, but not too bright as far as contrast and black depth goes. I wish I knew more terms about color and display.

But he’s not loyal to Ahsoka any longer he is loyal to the Emperor, and the Inquisitorious so Vader wouldn’t hate her

In the last shot with the four inquisitors you can see the fourth which is the same inquisitor who fought with ahsoka in tales of the jedi. So who knows of barris will meet ahsoka again

Disney needs to stay with what they are good at. Animation. !!!

Before this trailer, I really didn't like Morgan because she felt like break of canon. If she stayed purely imperial and was a badass and had earlier connections to thrawn teased I think she would've been great but the way she was revealed as a night sister felt so off putting to me but with this new series giving her a whole backstory that actually looks good and building on her character even better I might actually like her now I'm even more excited for her than Barris My only gripe is and this is a personal one, I was hoping for something deeply sith related. Grievous backstory was my biggest want and I would be fine with young Palapatine and maul as well but I'm ok waiting for it longer

1:16 these are not rebel uniforms, these are new republic uniforms (as seen in Ashoka and the mandalorian) so this takes place after the galactic civil war.

As an Inquisitor, Barriss won't last long (if she is going to become one). Even as a Sith, Vader despises traitors, all kinds of them in fact, because they more remind him of his own betrayal of Jedi, which cost him more than it was worthy, no matter how much he denies it. Perhaps that's why he has a low opinion of all inquisitors in fact... not because of their luckluster skills, but because they are all traitors to everything they were once, much like him, and their sight reminds him of it which only infuriates him. But he cannot dispose of them because they are needed to hunt down Jedi.

1:20 pretty sure this time period is during the New Republic before the Mandalorian. I believe the New Republic may have dispatched a team of officers and a representative to free the city from Elsbeths control. From seeing the rest of the trailer things didn’t end well for that team.

Tales of the high republic will be next, based on 2 characters from the acolyte

I thought we already got the backstory of Dathomirs destruction,in the clone wars with General grevious , but more scenes would be amazing

The animation and the Dub is simply Marvelous, Barriss will be the Seventh sister or Her own Inquisitor is my only Question, It’s good to see the Battle droids and Grievous back.

I was thinking about this after seeing the trailer. It would be really interesting if barris's story reflects dookus from tales of the jedi. Except instead of barris going from the light to the dark side she instead goes from the dark to the light. Now if it does go that way i do think it will not end well for her as I think vader will end up killing her.
