I wasn't really interested in the performance, but once I started watching it, I could not stop!
Nobody and I mean NOBODY is putting this type of content out there. Keep these coming Cam. Well done!
Third movement could’ve used more cowbell!😂 In all seriousness, a really high-energy performance that I thoroughly enjoyed. Paired well with the whiskey as well. Have to admit that vibraphone is easily my favorite percussion instrument. Cheers!
That was incredible Cam. Thanks for sharing.
What a cool piece! Definitely keep this series going, if at all possible. Thanks for sharing your talents
Master of your craft. Crazy piece. New channel. The Perplexing Percussionist.
Wonderful performance! Interesting take on the whiskey, not typical of getting more bourbon flavors the more you drink. Cheers!
This was awesome. You’re a super talented dude. Keep up with this series! I haven’t opened my Barrell Amburana yet, but I’m looking forward to it. I’m also looking forward to more pourformances! Cheers!
The perfect blend.
Great job on the review and the killer musical performance. Keep this up please!
Great job, Cam. Loved it!
That was friggin awesome! Wow, so cool!
You’re moving pretty well for a guy who recently had a broken foot! Great review, as always. Even better performance. Keep it up!
Really awesome Cam. I think it’s great to incorporate music into the channel, and expose your audience to something cool and unique, while also tying it thematically to the bottle review. Speaking of which… yeah, THIS is how you do an Amburana finish (likely blending in a significant portion of unfinished bourbon). Your cherry pie note is spot on.
That's some unique (for me) composition right there. I think the 3rd movement was my favorie, I like how you finally got some Toms in at the end! As far as the whiskey....... who doesn't like cherry pie 😂
Very cool! Your a master of your craft!
Just came on to say this was a killer performance. The amount of odd time signatures and melodic structures you plowed through with such precision was impressive. The 1st section and ending section was giving me King Crimson vibes. The 2nd section melodically was reminiscent of one of the scenes in the The Never Ending Story movie. Anyways, as I fellow “former” professional musician in the progressive rock/metal genre, I came here for the whiskey but was very surprised by your musical prowess. Keep it up on all the angles Cam!
This is so good to hear. My only experience with an Amburana finish was a single barrel rye by Rare Character selected by Bitters & Bottles. It is by far the most unique whiskey I've experienced. And very enjoyable! It seems like Amburana is a love it or hate it. I was curious about this offering and look forward to see how different it is with a bourbon vs the rye. Thanks for the review!
Remarkable! Thank you
Really enjoyed that!
Love it keep doin your thing 🥃🥃
Really spectacular!!!
I am really starting to look forward to these Pourformances! You are crazy talented and it’s awesome watching and listening to you perform.
I like the instrumental content, personally
I really enjoyed your earlier performance on the vibes, but this! Wow! Another level altogether! Because you had reviewed the Barrell Craft Spirits product as part of your pourformance, I couldn't stop thinking of Barrell Seabreeze during those first two movements; especially the second movement lol. Thanks so much Cameron. Love your channel. Cheers 👍😎🥃
Great pourformance Cam. This was incredible. Cheers brother 🥃
This was awesome
So glad you were able to gets this video out with the week you had. Man, so much fun to watch. I hope you keep doing theses.
Wow. What a performance. I gotta say you’re quite the talented individual. Not my favorite arrangement though. That first part is just a bit chaotic for my taste. Remember, your bourbon family includes simpletons like me. 😂. Great job
Fantastic Pourformance, Cam! I'm no percussionist, but that piece looked quite complex and technical, especially to perform solo. I'm curious, do you have a preference for the more "melodic" percussion instruments like marimba and vibraphone vs. the more rhythmic percussion instruments like the various drums? Or is the heavier use of vibraphone and marimba for these pourformances purely practical?
Since you liked the Barrell Amburana I suggest you try out Bossa Nova from Doc Swinson... I think they finished it with Amburana for a whole 72 hours!
I see now, only 3 is accompanied right? And great transition at the very end. Swiss clockmakers will use this piece to set their instruments.
Just wow. Yeah, I’ll pick up the barrel Ambu, but WTH is with that piece? I loved it, and have so many questions…. Does Dave M hear these rhythms and notes in his head? Are you playing in time with an electronic piece (if so I couldn’t really distinguish time sigs)? Movements 1 and 3 my favs - 2 is a bit frenetic. Great job, love it!
Absolutely love amburana by barrel. The performance was equally intense! Thank you.
Wow!! On another level! Thanks for the performance.
I've heard a lot about RD One Amburana being good. Would be neat to see you blind this and that.
Liking the "pourformances" Cam. Keep em coming!
Love it. Pourformance’s getting numbered like a batch release! 😂So far ‘batch 2’ is my favorite of the set!
Encore! Nice to have recently found you and the channel - via Matt (ADHD). Blown away by your talent!
Wow incredible performance! Jay and are were impressed
Awesome performance... vibin. Cam, by chance do you listen to any AfroFunk/Soul like Budos Band, Dakatari's, Black Market Brass? if not, I think you may dig the musicianship.
I’m very interested in this. The others I have had are love or hate like Penelope and Starlight. I love them but want something closer to bourbon my friends can try.
Please do all The super Mario songs next
WHISKEY CHEERS 😎
dude you’re just spamming random notes. there’s no rhyme or reason to what you’re doing it’s so confusing

I can’t speak for everyone, but I rather enjoyed his performance. I like the “movements” of it if you will. Reminds me of older Pink Floyd, Rush, and ELP. Great work Cam!
