once, ive went off shore where the water was literally like glass it was weird

I still remember my first fish I caught in Florida. Right in the gulf off of Tampa about 10 miles out. I hooked me a fat king mackerel. The fight was on. Than out of no where as I was pulling him in I felt a huge jerk on the line. I was thinking that couldn't have been him. He was tired and I was tired. Than all the sudden the line got lighter and I could see some blood in the water break the surface. I'm not going to lie. At the time I was scared and in denial. Sure enough it was a tiger shark chasing the other half of my fish on the surface. I still remember stepping back away from the edge of the boat and my mom yelling pull him in quick! I was so sea sick and excited at the same time. I could still see the sharks eyes and stripes of his body. That's how close he was to the surface chasing my fish. Good times.

There was plenty of chance for you to bring that cuda in the boat but looks like you were trying to attract the shark in on purpose

The idea of hooking a fish and letting the shark to attack it and eat it is not right. This kind of fishing should be banned. It's either you fish for your sustenance or to sell. But to find entertainment through cruelty to the fish or any species is not right. This is not fishing this must be banned.
