Probably a combination of Recoil masteries, and he may have added a couple Zemo’s to his team. Each one increases bleed damage by 50% I believe. Not sure if deep wounds affects him since bleeds are permanent.

When he uses all 5 cleanses he roots the opponent. When i dash back twice in a row titania puts 5 debuffs on me
