It’s ridiculous how sad this makes me!!! I rarely shopped at Barney’s for myself, but bought some very special presents there (at the store in Chicago) over the years. I adored everything about the store...well, except for the occasional dirty look from an employee (when you told them you were just browsing or, at the time, looked too young to be able to afford their merch.). Oddly, I could afford their high quality, high fashion goods back in the day...now, 1 pandemic later, I’ve lost my 2 full-time jobs & am broke as a joke.

bkqj Turns out Neiman Marcus filed for Bankruptcy a week or 2 ago. I call b.s. on it all - I NEED to see, feel & try on (usually multiple sizes) when it comes to clothing, shoes, etc.... This lousy pandemic is the nail in the retail/brick & mortar store’s coffin.
