Im trying to decide what broadheads to use. It shoots pile driver bilts 20 inch good with 100 grain fixed head. But should i use a heavy broadhead for more punch?

My experience, carbon arrows do not shoot fixed heads accurately. You can sight in for one carbon arrow and a fixed blade, but the other arrows may not group. I shoot aluminum with helical fletch plastic or vanes. They fly much more consistent with small fixed broadhead. If you go heavy with a broadhead, I would recommend a two blade 200 grains. You can buy Zwickey Eskimo without the aluminum adapter and buy 75 grain steel adapter and hot glue it in. Academy has 2219 twenty inch xx75s for about 40 bucks for six. total arrow weight will be about 580 grains.

I have several videos on different arrow selections. Currently shooting light predator arrow setups. They will work for deer, but may not penetrate on heavy bone strikes.

Just type in the word Barnett on my channel and you will see probably 50 plus videos on arrow selection experimentation. 400 to 630 grains. I like arrow system to weigh at least 450 but prefer even higher weight. Watch Ranch Fairy channel on high FOC arrows. He shoots carbons in compounds, but the FOC principle is the same.
