Fine job done on the gym Glyn,your father will be in there working out now with all that comfort😃when i was running cross country my father used to rub poitín to my legs and feet to keep them from freezing with the cold,we didnt wear spikes

Hi Glyn, congratulations on getting part of the old barn converted for use as a gym. The old stone from the barn is very rustic and unique. I like the contrast of the Black colored mats and the lighter wood and stone color. It is interesting to watch your Sheep dog as he seems to be constantly looking to you for work and herding commands. She seems to always be ready to work. Good to see the sunshine, so hopefully you will get a good stretch of weather to help the progress of your home build.

Great job lads be carefull with the pull up bad that it doesnt come loose 😢,i know from working with auld stone buildings that the stone can come loose especially when a hardy fella like yourself is swinging out of it!!!

Really enjoyed watching. I appreciate your leaving so much of the old barn while bringing it back to life for such a great use. Awesome job! With all that beautiful old stonework, it’s the perfect background to motivate you as you build up your strength bit by bit as the stone workers did. The peak of your rafters are high enough you could hang a gym rope. Or better yet install a pole, can already hear your Dad's comments on you working out on a pole.😂Had to watch a you tube on hurling as had never heard of it before...Limerick vs Kilkenny and a highlight reel of fights.... quite the sport looks similar to lacrosse but with ball carry like American football and the fouls and fights remind me of hockey. The fans sure are passionate! I wonder if there's footage out there somewhere of you Dad running in competition?
