Same here, I've only ever owned VW GTIs but having spent 28 years going back and forth to Japan, living and working in Tokyo as well, the whole JDM world has a strong pull. Now I find my self splitting time between the two. My wallet is looking more and more like a 90's Kate Moss on each flight home. 😆

I will say this… the new wheels are awesome and I know you are going to get the right fitment just like you always do. I like the new bumper but I love the old one better. I say new wheels with old bumper would be a great look in my opinion. At the end of the day this new look is fire!!! 21:04 in Japan some people put potted plants in front of their place, others put a row of 2 litre water filled PET bottles, Kota just 'decorates' his crib with a couple sets of coil-overs. What's really funny is that the Google Street View car drove by in August 2022 and those 2 sets of coil-overs are in the exact same position as when you filmed this episode in August 2022. The only other time that Google was there was in November 2010. The odds, crazy, I know! 😆😁 Josh, I didn't want to give away the location by putting a link here but ask Kota to have a look at his place on Google Street View and he will see those 2 sets of coil-overs behind the black R34 parked up in front of his closed garage door. Screen shot that and frame it with a still from your video. Classic WTF moment. 😉
