We cap all our lattes, so the only open drink we have is a small corta dito. So a ghost is one of the only things I can make, lol

I have failed like 200 times Things that happened Dropped pitcher on the floor Held pitcher at wrong spot causing it to be too hot to hold them dropping hot milk on mysrlf. And it splattering Broke a few cups Wasted 10 gallons of milk Used a few bags of coffee Spilled some beans Make a deformed blob

I am also a barista/barkeeper and I was training a new girl yesterday and when she made some nice coffee milk, without even thinking I was like "damn girl, that's some nice milk you made!".. Right after I was like... Wow... That may be the strangest compliment I've ever given.

A barista in a UK coffee shop once did me a cats face, they didn't even know I'm obsessed with cats, at Halloween, the other customers got ghosts lol. You have a very good control over the pour, and your designs looked really neat. I'm an artist and I think it's every bit as skilled creatively as what I do, although my work lasts longer lol.

"I'm pretty jazzed" i need to start using that.

You explain it all so simple and so clear to understand. I can't wait to find a good price on a pitcher and try these. I love the bariatas at my favorite little town coffee cafe, but I'd love to learn this just to know I can. Maybe impress some friends (for the fun of it and maybe share how to do this with them) when they come over for coffee, but I know the batistas will always do it best. Thanks again.
