I did a 10km barefoot walk yesterday over a mix of sidewalks, grass and beach. It was the best walk ever and today my soles feel so good. I also believe in grounding/earthing and my whole body feels better for the barefoot walk. Stay barefoot 👣, it has so many benefits!

I live in Washington State and there is NOWHERE to go barefoot without some control freak getting bent and freaking out. I have had the cops called on me for just checking the mail outside my front door without shoes. One of my neighbors is covered in tattoos and piercings but god forbid she sees a foot!!!!! These busy bodies are EVERYWHERE!
Just be careful because EVERYWHERE you go there is some GOON who will get triggered and call the cops because they saw a foot.
