The whole point of taping is to let the tape work as a shock absorber. To protect your bones, muscles, tendons & ligaments from wear and tear.

That's good information,I just use to tape my wrist and tape do a figure eight with the tape and that was it , but this gave me more info on how to do it.👍💪😡 thanks good job.😊

What are good training methods to use for beginners in bareback riding? what could a person do to improve there physical fitness ? And what other training techniques can you use besides getting on horses or a spur board ?
I'm pretty sure Johnson & Johnson still makes athletic tape. I happen to buy some at one of my local grocery stores, so it looks like they're still making it
