This concert was magical. Sandra was lively and energetic. Robindro has shown that he can excel at any genre , particularly with the bass clarinet, just stirs my soul.... Together, the entire band is wonderful!

Er...they are still going. Rodrindo left the band. They're playing at Seu Vella Music Festival on 29 July.

I seewhat you mean. I especially liked the beginning as neither bass nor voice has 'frets' so they can be connected more accurately. Violins bring the same benefit I think.

+Stephen Smith Too many years playing this guy. He was with Loquillo & Trogloditas, one of the most famous rockabilly groups here in Spain.

According to their website, there are no tour dates at this time. Robindro was the soaring center of this group and without him, it would be a very different thing. know there is a Barcelona Gipsy Balkan iteration which is good, but different. I think the IMAGO festival is an amazing example of what it can be like when the musicians LOVE to work with each other, listen so electrically TO each other and share all that so seamlessly with the audience. This is a joy to watch as well as listen to.

Mediterranean? srsly? First melody is turkish, Djelem Djelem is a song in tiganeasca (gipsy from Romania) and actually the music is from a song called Ionel, Ionelule, Hasta Siempre - Carlos Puebla - Cuba. Where the hell is Mediterrana here?
