arriving and departing within the same terminal in barcelona for a 3 hour layover, do you still need to pass the immigration control or just the passport control then straight to your boarding gate?

also with a checked in baggage. one single ticket with qatar from country of origin all the way to my final country of destination (Manila - Chile)

For us, it was only passport control and it only took several minutes. However, it may take longer depending on the situation.

Each airline may have different policy and policies can change over time. It’s better to check with your airline. Have a good trip!
