@@worldaroundtravel_ we are planning to go around last week of April. How’s the seaweed situation on the beach ? Which month did you guys go ? The beach looks awesome here but on another video I saw there was lots of seaweed

It depends on the year. In the last few years, Mexico and many Caribbean countries have been battling with lots of seaweed from April to November. This video is from last winter. The best months now for low or no seaweed are December, January, February, and most of the time March.
Thank you for a great video. I did njot see seaweed on the beach. Were there any? Which month were you staing there? We are planing to go there in March.

Thank you for watching and warm words. We stayed there in January. During the months of December, January, and February, there are usually no seaweed there. Unfortunately, in the last few years, the Caribean side of Mexico is facing a major problem with lots of seaweed washing on their beaches.If I am correct, they had lots of seaweed on most of the beaches this year in March. Hopefully, the situation will change next year.
We are book for the month of August bu we have a big concern and it is Sargasso I don't see any on your video and its a month ago ? what can you tell me please advise

The video was filmed about 2 months ago. We are incredible beach fans and spend a lot of time there.Unfortunately, sargassum has become a major issue for the Caribbean side of Mexico during those months in recent years, which is why we decided not to visit Mexico during the summer. We love Mexico, but we also enjoy spending time at the beach. Who knows, maybe by August this year, it will be completely clear of Sargasmus; you never know with Mother Nature.
Is there accessible rooms for people in wheelchair ?

All Barcelo properties(surroundings) in Riviera Maya are wheelchair and disability friendly.I'm afraid I'm not sure about the rooms, but given that the resort is also designed for people with disabilities, I believe they should have some rooms. The best will be to send them an email,they were very helpful when we contacted them before.We stayed at Barcelo many times.
Do you think March/April will be good months to visit?

Depending on how fast sargassum season stars. In the last few years, it's been unpredictable 😔, but March should be better than Apri.

How much do you think would be reasonable to bring for spending money. I won’t do many excursions this time because I’ll be there for an event.

It all depends on what you like to do and how long you intend to stay. If we need to buy something, we normally use our credit cards and then bring some cash for tipping, maybe a couple of hundreds.
The voices are really low volume but the music is pretty loud.
