this is so pretty! do you wait for your base to start drying before you apply shadow? if so, how long to wait? when i’m doing makeup, sometimes if the base isn’t all the way dry then the eyeshadow starts to look cakey then start creasing and/or peeling. can you give me feedback on that please? the plouise base specifically takes too long to dry.

Thank you so much! I normally set my base with a translucent powder to absorb some of the moisture, unless I’m using the elf matte concealer, because it’s dry enough. I recommend that you go in with a small amount of the p.Louise base, & allow it to sit for a few seconds before you go in with an eyeshadow. The less you use, the quicker it’ll dry.
